Software License Agreement:
Art Station Vehicle Templates reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in this Software Licensing Agreement. The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. Art Station Vehicle Templates own the title, copyright, and other intellectual property rights in the software. This software is liensed, not sold. This Software Licensing Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks or intellectual property regarding Art Station Vehicle Templates.
This product is protected by international copyright laws and treaties that pertain to software. This software is licensed for the exclusive use of the original purchaser at a single location on a single computer. The Software is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one device. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software. You may not use, copy, modify, or transfer the software, or any copy, in whole or in part, except as expressly provided in this Software Licensing Agreement. You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer the software without the prior written consent of Art Station Vehicle Templates.
We authorize you to make one (1) backup copy of the software for your archives, which shall be for the sole purpose of a backup copy in the case of accidental loss. You may not copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the documentation included with this product. If you plan to use this software on an electronic network, you are authorized to use only one (1) computer station for the use of this product. Please contact Art Station Vehicle Templates regarding volume discounts and additional site licenses.
Termination of Software License Agreement:
This license is effective until termination. This license will terminate automatically, without prior notice from Art Station Vehicle Template, if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Software Licensing Agreement. Upon termination, you shall destroy all written copies of this software, component parts, including any and all backup
copies.
Limited Warranty:
Art Station Vehicle Templates warrants that the enclosed medium, upon which the software is recorded, shall be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of ninety (90) days. The software and accompanying written material, as well as user instructions, are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, and Art Station Vehicle Templates disclaims the warranties merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Art Station Vehicle Templates’ entire liability and your exclusive remedy for any breach of this software shall be at Art Station
Vehicle Templates’ option from time to time, to either, (a) return the amount paid (if any) for the software or (b) replace the Software which does not meet Art Station Vehicle Templates’ Software Licensing Agreement criteria. Upon providing proof of purchase, you will receive the remedy elected by Art Station Vehicle Templates without charge,
except that you are responsible for any expenses that you may incur (e.g. cost of shipping the Software to Art Station Vehicle Templates).
Any replacement Software will be warranted for the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer. Art Station Vehicle Templates will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide your remedy in a commercially reasonable time of your compliance with Art Station Vehicle Templates warranty remedy procedures. If failure of the software has resulted from accident, abuse, misapplication or virus, Art Station Vehicle Templates shall have no responsibility to replace the software or refund the purchase price. Art Station Vehicle Templates does not and cannot warrant the performance and results you may obtain by using the software. Neither Art Station Vehicle Templates, nor anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production or delivery of this product shall be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damage (including damage for loss of business profits, business interruption and loss of business information). Other than the above Limited Warranty, Art Station Vehicle Templates makes no other warranties, whatsoever, either legal or conventional, expressed or implied, with respect to the licensed software.
Notice & Acknowledgement:
By the simple use of this software, you assume the entire risk of the consequential results in using the licensed software. You acknowledge that you have read this agreement and the Limited Warranty, you understand them and agree to be bound by their terms and conditions.
